Incorporated in 2007, Success Work, known commercially as SW, is today a benchmark company in the sector of human resources in Portugal and is the market leader in the whole of southern Portugal.
The re-branding process began in 2018 with the aim of standardising communications across SW’s various platforms, including bricks-and-mortar stores in different parts of the country, the company website, fairs and events, and company vehicles.
In similar fashion to most brands, SW started up, grew and occupied space in the market with greater concern for its operations than for marketing and communications.

In 2018, SW’s management came to the conclusion that the company was solid enough to reposition itself in the market, hence the need for a new image and communications that were directed more specifically towards their target audience: temporary workers.
While SW’s primary activity is that of a temporary employment agency, they also decided to branch out and create the SW Academy, whose main function is to train temporary workers in the areas most in demand in the market.
The SW Group also has a large fleet of vehicles, SW Move. Since vehicle livery serves as a huge showcase, it made sense to invest in revamping their vehicles with the company’s new image.
