
Alberto Felício has been working in the jewellery trade for some 25 years now and he knows everything there is to know about it. His customer portfolio includes various celebrities who usually always attend the events and presentations that he organises regularly. In 2020, and with his brand firmly established on the market, he felt the time was right for rebranding and a move into the world of online sales.




To build this strategy, we designed a strategic communications plan for the brand based on a storytelling format intended to showcase the concept “Alberto Felício Jewellery Lifestyle”, as well as a professional photo shoot to provide content for the website, online store and social media.
We defined the following strategic goals: for the social media management of the Alberto Felício brand, showcase the items of jewellery available through storytelling posts aimed at involving page followers and capturing their interest; for the website, shine the spotlight on the Alberto Felício brand – and the man behind it – and strengthen its presence on search engines; and for the online store, offer customers the convenience of shopping for jewellery from the comfort of their own homes.
